How do subscriptions work?
All subscriptions are handled as in-app purchases through the iOS App Store. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time directly from your iPhone settings. Billing is monthly with auto-renewal.
Can respondents take surveys without an app?
Absolutely. Surveys are web-based and work on any device with a browser — phones, tablets, and desktops. Only the survey creator needs the iOS app. Respondents just open the link.
What happens to my responses if I downgrade?
Your existing responses are never deleted. If you exceed your plan's limits after downgrading, you can still view all previous responses but won't be able to collect new ones until you're within your plan's limits.
What are custom branding images?
Enterprise subscribers can upload their own logo or branding images that appear at the top of their published surveys. This lets you make surveys match your brand identity.
